Mapes and Miller CPAs is a Kansas firm of Certified Public Accountants with offices in Norton, Phillipsburg, Stockton, Quinter, Hill City and WaKeeney.

The other significant portion of our practice is auditing and related services.
The primary focus of our auditing services include governmental entities, cooperatives and director's exams for banks. We believe our extensive listing of schools, cities and counties makes us the premier governmental auditing firm in northwest and northcentral Kansas. Our CPA's and managers have over 100 years of combined experience in governmental auditing and budgeting.

History
The firm was founded in 1989 with the merger of sole practioners John D. Mapes, CPA and Denis W. Miller, CPA. The Stockton office opened in August of 1989 with Tom Carpenter as the office manager. The Quinter office opened in December of 1989 with Don Tilton as the office manager.
The WaKeeney office was started as a satelite office in 1992. The partners acquired a practice in Hill City in the fall of 1998.
